Boxed Set, Vol. II: "It's a Cookbook...A Cookbook!!"
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Next we need a hyperintelligent shade of the color blue.
Zhaaan!
The Andromeda repeat tonight is the one where we discover that Bekah is the mother of all Nietscheans.
Just, fyi.
BSG;
Uhm. Holy frakkin' SHIT.
....
OMG, how the hell are we supposed to wait until July fer cryin' out loud?
That was a... crib of some sort that Baltar and Six were looking at in that Temple of Light, right? I don't know what the frak was going in there, but it sure was pretty. And that gorgeous music I loved in last week's teaser was repeated in that scene, except in a faster waltz beat. MUST HAVE THE SOUNDTRACK RIGHT NOW.
BSG: They really went out with a bang didn't they?
Yes, that was a cradle, for not!Boomers baby, I presume.
My question is what gave Adama the right to arrest Roslin?
My question is what gave Adama the right to arrest Roslin?
That whole plotline fell apart for me. My overall feeling about this show is that it's often pretty and sometimes arresting, but not often sensical.
I've been dying for reactions, people!

This is what I was saying.

Which can be used to describe another sci-fi show discussed in here from time to time.
Perhaps more than one.
And now I shall leave the thread for fear of spoilage.
My question is what gave Adama the right to arrest Roslin?
I didn't see it as a right so much as, "The people with the guns will do what I say, and the President just Pissed. Me. Off." Or, you know, almost all of them. There's that pesky son...
I love that by the end of the series I was all, "Wha-?" with just about everyone's actions. Flailing. People are flailing. Love.
ETA: Love, because the people are in the weirdest of circumstances so their f-ed up behavior actually makes sense to me.

Nicely put, Jen.
