Zoe: Yeah? Thought you'd get land crazy that long in port. Wash: Probably, but I've been sane a long while now, and change is good.

Boxed Set, Vol. II: "It's a Cookbook...A Cookbook!!"

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Lurching from one disaster to the next.

Kinda inevitable, though. I know a couple of the B5 commentaries and/or docos have people commenting about Andreas always being out the back smoking cigarettes.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Huh. The first Dr. Weir is on Supernatural. She looks way better as a blonde.

And some of those pics are totally going provocateuse.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Damn. Suela's bringing the guh tonight.

On account of Netflix, being out of Farscape, and wanting some sci-fi to round out my usual fare of Mountie, Mountie, Mountie (RayRayRay), we've started watching SG-1 from the beginning.

I have questions.

So, umm... when the pilot aired, was the full-frontal nudity part of it?

Also, is that as slashy as Jack and Teal'c get? They were so broccoli.

And, oh yeah, while I'd normally be saying "Point me to fic!", I already know where to find it, so in this case, can someone point me to some feminist crits of the show?
