to make me sad.
Boxed Set, Vol. II: "It's a Cookbook...A Cookbook!!"
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
What was the point of that episode?
We always hurt the ones we love?
And me.
Damn them.
Seriously.
Wasn't the actor off filming a pilot or something? Maybe his career took off.
I'm sorry to see him dead, of course, but it all strikes me as a bit cliche.
This episode was poorly written and the characters ill-used. and the guest star was wasted. I am not happy with this episode.

according to imdb, he's going to be in a movie called 88 Minutes that stars Al Pacino. based on the credited cast list it doesn't look like he has a huge role.

Boy, if that's the way everyone feels, I'm out of the loop two weeks in a row--I loved last week's ep to pieces, and I'm looking forward to rewatching this one as soon as possible. Then again, I'm a recent convert to the show (only started watching with Resurrection Ship, and got caught up with Season Two through watching a tape of the marathon from before Christmas).
I may just be crabby.
Interesting--I was just listening to the podcast, and RM seems to be rather "meh" about the ep as a whole. He doesn't dislike it as much as he hated Black Market, but he thought it missed the high mark he expects from the show.
As for Billy, the guy who plays him has been getting offers for both feature films and leads in new series, so they mutually agreed it was time to let him go and further his career.
