Woe to the fucking wicked.

And 3 "linear time? bah!" episodes is way much.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

If tonight's Atlantis episode had been fic instead, we would have gotten a story with John actually *using* his gene.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

If only Scar could talk, then he could taunt Starbuck.

When they did this story on Baa, Baa, Blacksheep, the enemy ace taunted Robert Conrad.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

They did a version of it on Space: Above and Beyond too.

Now I'm imagining Starbuck in a Sopwith Camel, shaking her fist and shouting, "Curse you, Red Baron."

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Yeah -- again, I liked it in this one, but after last week...

(Thought knowing that last week's nonlinearity was a last minute fix to keep the episode from sucking while this week's was in the script does make me feel better about it.)

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

Hey, that princess from SGA is the one who played Gretchen from Wonderfalls! Who could forget that voice? And the red-haired son was played by the dearly-departed Pendrell, from X-Files!

What a silly episode. It cracked me up. Reminded me a few of the season 4-5 ish SG-1.

Really? Did not recognize him at all. Almost immediately recognized Gretchen Speck, and then couldn't concentrate whenever she was on screen.

Yeap. Brendan Beiser is the name of the actor. It took a few viewings before I realized where I'd seen him before. And! The dead king was played by Harlan from Tin Man, one of my favorite SG-1 episodes ever. Ahhh, reusable Vancouver actors. Gotta love them.

Also: Jared from SG-1 = Aaron Donal from BSG.

Ever fired your gun in the air and yelled, 'Aaaaaaah?'

I think I loved the SGA episode for the sole fact that McKay's helper was called Baldrick. So that would make McKay Blackadder, right?

ETA: I loved the end to BSG. Helo and Starbuck have a great relationship. Sharon was so pretty this week.
