I dunno, I don't need to see five episodes of flirtyness between Dualla and Apollo. It's really not such an esoteric, complicated situation that they need to spend a lot of time on it. They were flirty, she asked what was up, and he was... Apollo. I am confused by the fact that his response wasn't, "It's not going anywhere because You Have A Boyfriend, remember?"

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Hey, Daniel? PUT YOUR GLASSES ON YOUR FACE RIGHT.
Ailleann, my sister. Every time I watch SG-1, I yell at Daniel to wear his glasses correctly, and tragically, he never does. If I could tackle him through my TV and fix them, I would.
I guess wearing them that way probably puts less pressure on the bridge of his nose, but still. Suck it up, Michael Shanks!
Actually, they said in the commentary that it's a glare issue. The glass reflects into the camera when they're worn normally.
But... other people wear glasses on TV shows without them visibly tilted. Right?
Of course, they have all those special effects, CGI, green screens, I'm sure it's just cheaper to tilt his glasses.
t sigh
I just caught the latest Battlestar. I'm not gonna lie, I kinda dug it.
But, honestly, parts of it felt manufactured. I would have bought this episode had it been developed over some previous episodes.
Still though, I freaking love this show.
I too was less disappointed than I'd let myself been led to believe.
At least Apollo is finally Getting Some, which I believe Jamie Bamber was all in favor of.
Next week looks like a Starbuck episode!
That may be part of my fear. I was underwhelmed by the Apollo centric episode. I would be very very sad if the Starbuck episode comes off as manufactured and odd. May it be worthy of the character.
too early to spell stuff right

That is weird -- don't glasses come with glare-protection treatment on the lenses? I guess I've only seen glasses-glare used intentionally on TV, back in the days of The X-Files. They'd put a light source just so that Scully seemed to be wearing blue discs on her face.
I sometimes notice that actors who wear glasses are wearing glasses with perfectly flat lenses. Which might make sense if the actor already has good vision. But the downside of having a flat lense is that it will sometimes reflect a light directly into a camera. (If the lense was curved, it would often be reflecting lights into the camera, but the reflected light would be spread out, so the reflection would be pretty insignificant.) If that makes any sense.

ITA. Although, if I could tackle him through the TV, the glasses probably wouldn't be the first thing I'd do. Mreow.
