A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Do you guys remmeber Space: 1999?
The one with that tentacled kraken monster traumatized me in my early childhood!
Regarding Space:1999 I know there was an ep that scared me as a kid.The shapeshifter on the show got sick and couldn't stop changing shape. I don't remember any more than that.
Hmm, I don't remember any of the episodes -- just the ads and that it seemed like the ship was huge and empty.

I loved that show and watched it all the time. I couldn't tell you a full plot of a single ep, though. I do remember the shapeshifter and one of the moon people (colonists?) had an angsty kind of love. And Barbara Bain and Martin Landau rocked.
The shapeshifter had beady beady eyebrows, didn't she? God, I remember that show fondly, and thought she was the coolest thing ever.

Well, the main set was a moon base, so it was living quarters, etc. The premise was that an accident on the base involving nuclear waste storage (which was one of the main things the base was designed for) had knocked the moon out of orbit and travelling into deep space.
Was beady eyebrows or a cheek thing? I can't remember, and, of course, now I must go find pictures.

Maya, played by Catherine Schell. Why yes, I watched the show as a kid.
