Big honkin' Farscape post, which includes "Family Ties" thoughts.

Boxed Set, Vol. II: "It's a Cookbook...A Cookbook!!"
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Also, how in hell does GA manage to be in it so much? Isn't relative absence of the actor-director usually a trademark of the actor directed episode? By screen time, you'd think this was Duchovny-helmed.
Which episode of Angel did Boreanaz helm? I'm totally memfaulting.
Soul Purpose -- Boreanaz in bed.
Soul Purpose -- Boreanaz in bed
Ah, so the one where whasherfacewhoshouldabeenplayedbythatotheractress was putting a trill on Angel to give him bad dreams.
Don't forget Spike saving the world from the Apocalypse and turning it into HellDisneyland.
Okay, is it just me, or is this plot summary for the new Highlander movie slashalicious?
The world is falling into chaos. As he roams a crumbling city, Duncan MacLeod, the Highlander, remembers happier times before the love of his life left... Hopeless and alone, MacLeod finds his way to a band of immortal companions, including his mysterious friend Methos, and a mortal, Watcher Joe Dawson. Together this small group sets out on a quest to find the origin of the first Immortal and The Source of their immortality.
Crumbling cities, lost love...Methos!
It sounds perfect, that's what it sounds. And a quest on top of that...mmmm.
Me, in living room, watching "Cold Lazarus."
Son plops down on couch. "What's this?"
Me: "Stargate SG-1."
Son: "One of the old ones? With no Ben Browder or anything?"
Me: "Yup."
Son. "Oh." Stands up and wanders off to play video game.
heh. I've just started watching season 1 of SG-1 - just finished "The Nox". I'm quite enjoying it. I've seen the occasional random episode over the years and Space has started playing them recently (or, to be more accurate, I"ve been catching episodes on Space recently)..and there's nothing else on TV over the holidays, so I rented the DVD's.
I am finding it amusing how every. single. world they go to has paths through woods just like the ones in Stanley Park. Amazing, really.
Children.
I love Cold Lazarus.
