I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Canonically, can Immortals reproduce

Nope.

I did hear some noise about the recent updates messing with the functionality of the softeware, the details of which I'm unfamiliar with since I also say "no" to the update prompts.

Yup, mine got thoroughly rogered so I had to switch to BitTornado.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

Really? That's too bad. I'd have thought they would attempt to fix the glitch. I'd used BitTornado way back, and found the interface not as user-friendly as Azureus.

It's not, really, but I'm used to it now. I still have no idea what was wrong woth it in the first place. I updated it and it just stopped connecting to any of the trackers. I tried fiddling with ports and things and asked a friend who actually understands computers what was going on, but by that point I'd given up and just downloaded BitTornado.

Thrive to spite them

I use BitLord and haven't had any problems. Currently I've been searching for hockey matches and not finding the ones I want.

As for the New Dr Who, I was telling Dad about it and how great it is, but that was before The Kiss. But, hell, he's a grown man and I don't know when he's actually going to be seeing the New Dr (I gave him some of the files to watch but he hasn't).

I'm more worried about the muppet sex and the other weirdness on Farscape.

Betsy, I bought a dvd burner last weekend; if you're willing to wait until we get together again, I can give you a dvd with all the eps on it.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Betsy, re Highlander, Immortals cannot reproduce, at least not in the normal human way, and no other way was ever shown canonically. They were all orphans, with no known parents. Where they come from was never addressed.

Except for the movie that told us they were all aliens, which I think we'd all rather dismiss as a fevered drunken dream of Connor's.
