Which SG-1 team are we now dealing with? What happened to the original timeline's Daniel? Does anybody remember all the alternate timelines?
Boxed Set, Vol. II: "It's a Cookbook...A Cookbook!!"
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Also, a diagram.
Which SG-1 team are we now dealing with?
I think we're dealing with a new one as of Moebius, with the same backstory as the original version. (There's a whole little thing with the original Jack using "my lake has no fish in it" as a fact about his timeline, and then the lake at the end of the episode having fish.)
What happened to the original timeline's Daniel?
Unknown. Presumably he lived out the rest of his life in Egypt, though we don't know that; we know that the original Daniel in the timeline that lead to the Dorkverse lived through the rebellion, but we don't know that about the timeline we're in now.
Does anybody remember all the alternate timelines?
Nope. They all just remember their own.
Dorkverse?
Okay. So the people who are living out a tragic meaningless life in Egypt in Suela's story are Daniel A and Jack, Sam, and Teal'C B?
Dorkverse?
Sorry. The Sam and Daniel from the no-Stargate Program timeline are v. v. dorky. The actors ham it up like crazy.

I think Suela's stories are all set before Jack and Sam and Teal'c A died, so they're all As.
You know what I like about FARSCAPE? The real, our-universe John Crichton is amazingly dorky. That takes guts.
The fictional apple didn't fall far from the real tree, I'm thinking. Ben Browder is a huge sci-fi geek who just happened to be born with the looks and acting talent of a leading man.
Not only that, he writes very well, and later on scripts some of the really cool episodes. I'd have to hate him if he wasn't One of Us.
stop making me want to watch, Farscape!
I watched the entire series in less than 30 days and i really think a rewatch is in order. just have to get my hands on all the seasons dvds so i don't have to sit at the computer to do it.
P-C, if you aren't hooked by the time The Flax rolls around i have a feeling you won't be.
