Boxed Set, Vol. II: "It's a Cookbook...A Cookbook!!"

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Fic can't be too far behind.

That's what I figure. Punk! Punk is one of the finest stylists around, and creative as hell. Maybe she'll write Zelenka?

And it occurs to me that if Punk is getting sucked into SGA, she may tow Sabine along with her, which would be... really interesting. Since Sab does wacky stuff with characters.

Shalott's Harlequin thing is AU: the forks being (1) Sheppard getting cashiered for insubordination; and (2) the Atlantis team heading offworld with a fully-charged ZPM. Everything else (well, other than the concept of them actually sending a mail-order bride!) follows from that.

It's quite an endearing story, and it hits all the major Harlequin points spot-on. I'd totally read it as a straight-up het romance set in space.

So, I saw this bit quoted on lj today, and I just went and found it on Gateworld to confirm, a post by Joe Mallozzi re: SG-1 and SGA:

Good news. Brand new (long version) opening credit sequences for both shows will be airing with the back half of both series in January. Watch for 'em.

It's the little things sometimes.

Art Crawl!!!

I lent a friend my Farscape, Firefly and BSG miniseries dvds.

Looks like she's becoming a Farscape fan. She's finding the show an excellent distraction from, you know, everything else.

I don't know that she's watched the other two shows though.

If I only had a brain...

Now, is this a picture from last season or from shows not yet broadcast?

And where is my brain today?

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Frankenfish?

That's from Prometheus Unbound. Fooey. I didn't see the pic until just now, and I was hoping it was an outtake.

Ah, well. Still.
