A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Yeah, that's the good thing about the Sci-Fi lineup, that they don't usually conflict with the network broadcasts of new episodes.
On the other hand, hiatus sucks.
On the other other hand, September-January is still better than September-March, as hiatuses go.
t still bitter about the 8-month hiatus between Fractures and I-Yensch You-Yensch
Yeah, between the SciFi series going on hiatus, The Insideand Carnivàle being cancelled, and Lost getting on my last good nerve with all the broken promises of its season finale, the herd will be thin enough for me to manage come Fall.
You still had a good nerve? Lucky bastard.
I'm still bitter about
Joan of Arcadia
and
Dead Like Me
Never watched Joan, as Jaye Tyler was my quirky girl with a direct line to God, but I'm right there with you about Dead Like Me. Admittedly, it lost all just about all its sense of humor along with Bryan Fuller after the first season.
But it still had Mandy Patinkin!
Not a selling point for me - in everything Patinkin's been in where he wasn't paired with Andre the Giant he's made me want to smack the smugness out of his expression with a 2x4.
Ellen Muth and Jasmine Guy kept me invested right up to the end, though
I mentioned in the movies thread that I went to a special screening of a Bruce Campbell movie connected to his book tour. Before the movie he talked about making it. It was produce by SciFi and I have already seen previews for it on the channel. the movie is called "the man with the screaming brain".
Anyway, he said all of SciFi's movies are filmed in Romania. No matter where they are set, that is where they are filmed. So, he took his script that was set in LA and rewrote it for Romania just so it wouldn't look as stupid as thier other movies do. The movie looks pretty stupid anyway, but Campbell's explanation was hilarious.
Dad and I watched AVP this weekend, being broke I could only offer him a movie rental and dessert. He wanted to rent something called Alien 3000, but I talked him into Alien V Predator. Sunday when I was doing around listened to the commentary (there are two) with the director, Lance Henrikson, and whatshername the girl.
The director explained that it was filmed in Prague because it was so much cheaper. He gave cost for the sets in LA. Vancouver, a couple of other places and Prauge. Prauge cost $3 million which was a savings of like $15 million compared to LA (I think).
I also learned that the guy who played the main Predator is 7'1" tall and they couldnt' find anyone close to his height, so the other two Predator actors are only 6'something so in the full body shots they had to make it look like the other two were standing way behind the tall guy.
