I'm sorry, dad. You know I would never have tried to save River's life if I had known there was a dinner party at risk.

All is well that ends in pizza.

I'm just going to fanwank that the glowy spine thing is within their power to control/shut off.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Maybe it only turns on when they're in Lurve. So it would be their lurvelight turning on, right? ::bats fluffy eyelashes::

Art Crawl!!!

Well, I'm sure that Boomer thought that she was in love with Tyrol, of course, she was completely unaware that she was a cylon.

Hmmm, September 23rd -- it's unlikely that I'll be watching or taping Sam Witwer in "Inconceivable" because not only is it the premiere of "Numb3rs" but it's most likely the airdate of the final BSG 'til January. I'm guessing we're in for a mega-evil cliffhanger of some sort.

My totally unspoiled, and somewhat off-the-wall but still vaguely possible suggestion for the cliffhanger: we get some fairly convincing proof that Adama may well be a Cylon....

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

If Adama's a Cylon, then who is Lee's real father? (If it were Cylon!Adama, presumably they'd already know they could cross-breed, right?)

Art Crawl!!!

Are you thinking that there are actual people that the Cylons clone and then replace with the cylon-version?

I was thinking that earlier in the series, but I haven't seen any evidence for it. They've got Starbuck's DNA, now, I'm expecting her to be copied at some point.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

I think the cylons are a steaming heap of signifiers desperately in search of a referend.

No, because all the evidence we've seen suggests that human-model Cylons are original beings, not copies of preexisting humans.

Which is why I think Adama's not a Cylon -- he's got a son. The Cylons wouldn't be so obsessed with human-Cylon cross-breeding if they'd already done it.

What evidence? I'll grant a lack of evidence for copies, but I can't recall any evidence for original beings.
