Hey, extra weight is extra weight....
'Harm's Way'
Boxed Set, Vol. II: "It's a Cookbook...A Cookbook!!"
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
oh noes...
Oh, OK. Door left open. All better now.
Also... Ba'al! Whee!!
Yeah, but Sam was wearing enough hair gel to keep Spike happy for a year. That adds weight, too.
I would like to point out that given the size of the space between planets in a galaxy, she's going to be one lucky lucky girl if she lands somewhere with oxygen.
Fortunately, she is mighty in the power of her Claudia Blackness.
Well, Sam's having to be the carrier of the SG-1 hair oddness for the entire cast, since Shanks shaved his beard.
Also, even if Vala died, she might not be dead. Not that I think she's dead. But, even if she were.
BSG should have won best opening sequence for the Tubeys.
The one Tubey award that I really, REALLY regretted was that Carnivàle didn't win for its opening sequence. That thing was a work of art, actually much more so than the series itself.
One part of the BSG commentary that made me laugh outloud - they were discussing the new CAG Birch, and how he screwed up... they mentioned that they probably won't have him back, as what are they gonna do with him? have the pilots make fun of him? Then one of the producers said, "We'll just mention later that he killed himself."
So how'd it go with the two of them commenting?
It was good. Moore's commentary usually pretty good, and the two of them interacting is really interesting. This was the first episode that David Eick wrote, so his perspective on this was interesting too.
Also, they joke around a lot, which is fun.
Yeah, I've listened to all of them so far, too, and I really enjoy them. It'll be interesting to hear them together. Huh, I missed the writing credit. I hope RM gets the time to go back and do the one he missed this season. Vacation, feh - whatever, dude. (Kidding. I actually think he's a total doll for doing them at all.)
So...if anyone should happen to know of an LJ community which is geared towards helping BSG fans, ahem, obtain episodes of the latest season (for since such communities exist for VMars and SGA, it seems possible), could they maybe tell me? Can email me if you prefer - thingsinvisibletosee at gmail dot com.
