Art Crawl!!!

BTW, I've seen the BSG feature on VH1's "Best Week Ever" and I love the comment from the guy who said something like, "they hired actual screenwriters and real actors," as a reason for the success of the show. However, the guy who said that the thing he likes about BSG is that unlike most futuristic shows when they shoot their guns they shoot bullets not wrid lasers made me sad because of Firefly.

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

i'm honestly not sure about Lisa Rinna's lips. they've been like that for as long as i can remember seeing her in the biz. oh and just to tie this thread in with Minearverse, Lisa played Billie on DOOL.

her lips frighten many, many people though. so you aren't alone.

ION, i am now up to the second ep of season two of BSG. lovelovelove this show.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

Finally watched BSG. Good thing we TIVO - because DH and I seem to argue over every scene. He thinks one way - because of how a success marshall law campagin should be run. I spend more time why it is obvious that one can't be won under the current circumstances and with the current leader.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Yeah, I can see that.

I think my BSG crushes are spread over many characters. Billy, Cally, Dee are probably my biggest three. Kara would be in there too.

The commentary is interesting....

Oh, and production is on a break after having completed 10 out of 20 episodes for the season.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

It's interesting. I like the secondary characters, in general , way more than the primaries (in the "people I'd actually like to meet" sense)

It's martial law, right? I mean, even if the leader is a marshall, the type of law is martial, right? And how is it a campaign.

I went to the scifi site and read the description of the next episode. . . (I was actually trying to find out who the Anders actor is. . . but no luck there) -- no, I just got spoiled for something in that description that I wouldn't have guessed based on the promo.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Right, sumi. Military rule.

I think the campaign is to prevent the fracturing of the fleet (which we're seeing happen). Basically, to make people accept the governance of the military.

Yay! for not entirely spoily promos! (Sorry you got spoiled, though)

Yeah. Or, if you're a fan of Sealab 2021, it's Martian law....

or if you are me and you don't really think about what you are typing...

and I ment campaign ( really a bad choice of words) in the how you are going to make martial law work. You can declare it all ou want - but somehow you have to enforce it. and on scattered ships - really difficult. and the minute civillians are killed - why should they stay with BSG? It isn't safer. and maybe they'd be safer if they scattered.
