Cameron? Annoying duckling? She's got a thing for him. Slightly bordering on stalkerish,IMO. I've yet to see anything suggesting he likes her. Though, I may just be blocking it out.

I have a memory of House mentioning General Hospital, and I haven't read any fic, so I think that's from the show. Unless I made it up. But I don't know if the clips we occasionally see are actual clips of GH.

Actually, the Original 4 started a rebellion, and Jack, Sam, and Teal'c were executed. And some years later the AU versions of Jack, Sam, and Teal'c showed up, and it's implied that they helped Daniel with another rebellion, which succeeded somehow. The implication is that they all lived out their lives in 3,000 BC. With no Simpsons, but at least they had beer.

For the total of the series, we're on at least AU^3 (adding in 2010), but, for Mobeus, yeah, that sounds right.
The really interesting thing, to me, is that they've aknowledged that other things have changed (fish in Jack's lake).
