Yeah, they totally ignored my email to them, suggesting a Friday Howard the Duck marathon ( Howard the Duck, The Making of Howard the Duck, Howard the Duck with Commentary, etc).
Better than Crossing Over. Possibly better than Mansquito.
Tracy ,'The Message'
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Possibly better than Mansquito.
Mansquito belongs in a separate reality, where phrases such as "better than" do not apply....
Note that I am not "defending" Mansquito, as that word doesn't apply either.
I missed Bates. I assume he's in an Air Force hospital somewhere.
I thought it was fascinating (and kind of weird) that all the senior Atlantis staff went back to Earth, leaving Teyla, Bates, and Zelenka in charge. (If Bates is still there, of course.) In fact, I'm astonished that Teyla was left in any kind of authority at Atlantis: I can't imagine the SGC approving it at all.
It's all very confusing.
I did think "Good thing the Wraith didn't send a hive ship or three back a week later to check out the wreckage after it cooled down from that nuke and see if the gate to Earth was still intact."

They were studying from the Captain Kirk school of leading. Pile all the command staff into one shuttle craft and head for the surface of the planet.

That would be "unexplored planet"; plus, no survival suits/breathing apparatus, no supplies and no food... just lots of red shirts.
I suspect we didn't see the episodes where the red shirts were the food once they got stranded.
"Dammit Jim, I'm a Doctor not a chef."
I thought the last time we saw Bates he was in a medically induced coma because he was beaten so severely by a Wraith (?), it was right after he and Teyla came to blows.
