If we're lining up for that service, I call dibs on Joe Flanigan. (Psst. No one tell him that it wouldn't actually result in any babies...)
Boxed Set, Vol. II: "It's a Cookbook...A Cookbook!!"
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
It's about time that the SciFi Channel's original movies get the recognition they deserve. A NYT article on SciFi Channel's programming -- yes, they do talk about Mansquito.
"ATTACK OF THE SABRETOOTH." "Bloodsuckers." "The Man With the Screaming Brain." And, most indelible of all, "Mansquito."

Shot on budgets ranging from $1 million to $2 million, Sci Fi's movies are made in money-saving locales like Bulgaria, Romania and Missouri. They're cast with B-list celebrities like Luke Perry and Stephen Baldwin, with the occasional big-picture actors - Sean Astin and John Rhys-Davies of "Lord of the Rings" - making an appearance. The network pays $750,000 for domestic TV rights, and the producers make their money back through international and DVD sales.

Entertainment Weekly opened one of its reviews by noting, "There are better things on tonight, but none are called 'Mansquito.' "
Interesting - SciFi Channels Saturday night "B-movie" programming has done much better than expected.
Entertainment Weekly opened one of its reviews by noting, "There are better things on tonight, but none are called 'Mansquito.' "
So very, very true.
Okay, I am compulsively replaying Rodney McKay saying 'Invulnerable' because it is just about the cutest thing I've ever seen in the history of cute. Bless bless bless bless bless.
I am charmed. I need proper SGA vids. Or clips of dialogue.
Any linky links?
Hmmm. The only SGA vid I've really liked so far is mamoru's Cartoon Heroes, which is a meta vid featuring both SG-1 and SGA. It's absolutely delightful though, and worth the pain of downloading even with a dial-up.
Fay, do you have a computer with a CD-rom drive? I'm pretty sure there would be people here willing to burn/loan you the *ahemed* files of SGA episodes on CDs if you could play them.
Wow. That's cool.
That Salon article about BSG is a little crack-addled.
I have such a gigantor crush on David Hewlett.
It's unstoppable, isn't it? He's like the perfect geek crush object.
