Boxed Set, Vol. II: "It's a Cookbook...A Cookbook!!"

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Fay, my sister Jeannie is going to be in Cairo starting on the 3rd of July.

I wonder if I couldn't make up some CDs for her to bring with. She said she wouldn't mind meeting one of my online friends...

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Emily-I urge you to take the chance to travel and create memories while your dad is healthy and you have time to do it. Tell teachers the first week of classes that you will be out and they will give you assignments ahead of time.

September will be his fourth of six trips there this year. I'm just not sure if I can go on this trip.

You can pick one of the six now and start making plans, because if you keep putting it off, the chance will be gone. And it would be SO COOL to go.

I have a plan.

One of my favorite Teen Titan episodes is on right now.

I don't know the title but it's the one where Robin goes off to train with the True Master. While he's away, the rest of the team raids his closet and dresses up in his costume to 'play Robin'.

It's really quite hilarious.

Art Crawl!!!

That one is hilarious.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

What Robin said.

Er. Our Robin, not the Teen Titans one.

Anyway, yes - granted, I have a vested interest and all, but regardless - seize the chance while he's here. I mean in terms of hanging out travelling in cool places with your dad, as well as in terms of coming to see me in my 'hood.

Also? Damn straight, Daniel! If she's here while I'm here, I'd totally whisk her off out on the town. And CDs would be cool and all, but regardless - happily whisk her off out into the Cairo.

I didn't mean to give the impression that I just needed enough encouragement to get me to go. My dad and I have been working on a plan -- I just don't think September is going to work.

Lurching from one disaster to the next.

I'm not sure where else to mention this but David Boreanaz will apparently be co-starring in a new TV series called Bones. It's based on the books by Kathy Reichs (who gets a producing credit). Emily Dooschanel (sic? --Zoey's sister) plays "Dr Temperance Brennan" but that seems to be the only regular character from her books. Boreanaz plays a "Special Agent" but his character isn't in any of the novels that I've read.

I mention this b/c BitMeTV.org has a torrent of a preview copy of the first episode--the airing date is not until September.
