'Objects In Space'

Boxed Set, Vol. II: "It's a Cookbook...A Cookbook!!"

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

I do have a computer, but I'm a bit cagey about downloading things off Kazaa etc because I'm a technological idiot and although I've got some virusy detecty things, there isn't much. I feel very tentative about sending my laptop off to shag total strangers more or less bareback.

Um.

But, yes, insh'allah I'll still be here in September - if there's anything you could suggest I'd be most grateful!

ion, I've finally watched Angel Season 5. For me, the Buffyverse finally ended last night.

Damn.

Also? Oh My God! They killed Lindsey! (And Wes, of course, but not in the same treacherous fashion.

Yes. This I totally understand. It's just, my father will probably be in Cairo in September, so if nothing else I could probably send along some disks.

Oooh! That would give me a reason to meet him, too! Well, I mean, it would still be a 'Hi! I'm your daughter's invisible friend who writes pr0n' kind of moment, sort of, but - that would be wonderfully cool. Plus, I could send you stuff via your dad! Maybe even take him out for dinner and sheesha? Not in a creepy romancing-your-dad way, though. Obviously.

....brevity isn't one of my better things, is it? Um. Yes please, that would be fab. Was what I meant to say.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Ooh, I meant to say. My little bro will probably be working in Cairo for a few months, probably in the fall. I'll be sure and let you know when it's for sure.

Hee! Don't worry, Fay, you're not his type anyway, ridiculous as that may be (I mean, really. Not loving la Fay? Preposterous!). When we get closer to time, I'll try to remember.

He's offering to take me with, which would be wonderful, but I've got all this school business...

(And why the hell is my upload rate three times my download? How does that work?)

Yes yes yes! I can whisk him off to the pub and/or out for dinner, sailing on the Nile, all that good stuff. Even karaoke, if he can be persuaded! Send me your people!

eta

He's offering to bring you along? Well, DAMN it, woman!

Come to bloody Cairo!

But it's the second week of classes! And...

oh dear, I'm being tempted.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Fay, my sister Jeannie is going to be in Cairo starting on the 3rd of July.

I wonder if I couldn't make up some CDs for her to bring with. She said she wouldn't mind meeting one of my online friends...

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Emily-I urge you to take the chance to travel and create memories while your dad is healthy and you have time to do it. Tell teachers the first week of classes that you will be out and they will give you assignments ahead of time.
