See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Alibelle, you are a wonder. Oh, those pretty hardwood floors! And cat-positive landlords! And just a one-month plus $20 deposit!

::weeps with envy::

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I'm thinking "perfect for students" = "crappy," but it's possible I'm overly cynical about apartment hunting, after some of the crap people showed me.

Poor JP. Dying sucks.

JZ, you're making me feel super appreciated today. Thank you very much! Just so you know, I, ah, appreciate it!

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

People lie. None of 'em are in Los Feliz. They're all scary hollywood places. THEY LIE!!!

There are cute places by Kat and Lori I can afford. But then I give up Los Feliz. WAHHHHH!!! I LOVE MY CUTE NEIGHBORHOOD!

But I hate my crappy apartment.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Lee, I need more specific requirements about what you want.

Cats allowed, 2 bedrooms, in Palo Alto, Menlo Park, San Bruno, San Carlo, Mountain view, Santa Cruz, or Cupertino, under $1500 if possible.

I'm sorry, Allyson. They were the best I could find. Maybe if you wait awhile, something nifty will turn up that's actually in Los Feliz. Until then... nifty Los Feliz-adjacent places for everyone!

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Those apartment listings confuse me.

1) What's a "Bachelor" apartment?

2) When they say "single," do they mean a one-bedroom, or a studio?

3) Why are they bragging about having a fridge and stove? Don't all apartments have those? Now, a dishwasher or washer and dryer, that's worth bragging about!

Is San Carlo=San Carlos? And is there anything else you'd like, or prefer?

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Allyson, you could get a way cute one bedroom here for $800. In BURBANK which is much cooler than Los Feliz, if you ignore things like actual coolness and concentrate and the "Town Time Forgot" aspect, plus, near us and K&L.
