May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

That was me, Quester! Wasn't it GREAT?

Bruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuce!

Are you in LA again, Alibelle?

I need to make sure I see you before I leave. We could go to Shakeys!

TAR: Overall, a rather lame episode (I'm going to give it a C grade at TWoP). Everyone's obsession with Rob and Amber annoyed the hell out of me, but I can understand the front four teams being frustrated that a team who didn't do the roadblock last leg still managed to get onto that 9:30 plane. Other than that, the whole thing was very ho-hum. The three teams in the rear though? They could all have been eliminated, and I wouldn't have minded. Deena was a whiny brat, her partner (Ray? I can't remember his name) was being obnoxious about being in the back of the pack with the "oldsters", who were just plain stupid during the detour, and Patrick was terrible with his pessimism.

I'm looking forward to next week's two-hour(!!) ep, though! Looks verrrry exciting.

TAR I didn't even watch the ending, because I didn't care which of the teams in the second half got eliminated. I don't like any of them. Rob and Amber have their charms, but I hope they don't win. Right now I'm liking Joyce and Uchenna (not being bitchy to each other seems to gain a lot of points with me) and the gay gays, Alex and ???

I've been having some sensitivity on some teeth, so when I went to the dentist today, they put some kind of laquer on the sensitive areas. Now I'm not supposed to brush my teeth until tomorrow morning. I don't know if I can go to bed, not having breushed my teeth.

Huh? I think a post of mine got eaten.

Robin, thanks for the heads up! the Boss rocked!

what were the choices at the detour?

Well, OK--I'd hate to be called a TAR-tease. Rob and Amber ended up winning, and they got a trip to London, which ticked me off a bit since L&A got nada last week . Next week's previews look amazingly exciting, though!

ETA: The detour was shipwreck or island--they had to direct a putput boat to either a specific shipwreck in a four-mile section of river delta outside of Buenos Aires, or find an island marked on a map. L&A and Susan and Patrick both got screwed by getting defective boats that had to be replaced mid-task, and Ramber stumbled across their shipwreck very quickly.

Alibelle, I am in Ohio right now, and then Belmont, but then I am home for a whole 9 days straight, so we should have time to play.
