Okay, so I met Greg Proops (I just like saying his last name. Proops!) the other day. (And Sam Simon, who gave us an autographed sketch of Bart. Squee!!) Anyway, Greg is a normal-sized guy, 5'8" or so, but he was talking about Sean Connery and how Sean is like 6'5" or so IRL. The man does not seem that big. Sean, I mean.

I was watching a WLIIA rerun on ABC Family last night, and the guys were giving Ryan a hard time about his "clown shoes" (they were aqua blue, and of course, very long for his big feet).

My cousin saw him during or just after his Night Court days, in New Orleans and said the same thing. She said he never really looked that tall next to Bull, but IRL Big Damn Man. He was very nice to her when she spoke to him.

Does anyone know what the acronym LNR stands for? It's in the context of a staff attorney position description at PHCS (a company that contracts with health care providers for managed care.)

PURPOSE OF POSITION: To provide legal counseling to PHCS. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assists network development in the preparation of and negotiation of provider contracts. Provides subject matter expertise in the resolution of provider contract and claim disputes. Provides legal counsel in support of network development initiatives, provider contract negotiations, and oversight of outside counsel litigation services.
