I have to sit through an online training session. Argh.

The good part about a home office: I'm wearing sweat pants, a sweat shirt and no shoes.
The bad part: No massages. No doughnuts. And the cleaning staff sucks.
That's great!
I still haven't come to terms with the fact that I don't dress up for work anymore. I don't have nearly enough clothes to wear casual every day. Luckily, I don't usually see the same people every day.
I actually prefer wearing suits and stuff, not sure why, but in jeans I don;t want to be at work, I want to be out doing my stuff. ok, that's most days anyway, but moreso in jeans.
Me too.
I would wear these if I could find sets that actually fit both top and bottom (and are relatively cheap). Inevitably if the top fits, the bottoms are too small and vice versa.
Don’t’ know what you consider cheap, but I’m a big fan of Jones New York. Their suits are separates, which is good for my weird body, and the styles are very classic. I still own my first JNY suit that I bought after college. A jacket and a bottom would run about $300, but if you hit Macy’s at the right time, you can do much better. They also do great plus sizes.
My office doesn’t really have a “dress code” per se, but I tend to wear suits. It’s academia, which is a bit more casual, but also administration. I take my cue from my boss, who almost always wears a suit or jacket and tie. If I don’t have meetings on Friday, I may dress down a little (and by that I mean a sweater instead of a jacket, or a more casual pant or skirt.)
Remember that think I linked to in BuffyNAngle4ever? NB's pilot?
Bradley Cooper has been cast in the lead!!!
Yes! Great news over Wicked! Gregory McGuire must be doing a happy dance!
Wicked good news! Maybe I'll actually get to see it. Even better, maybe I'll know people in it.
Perkins is currently on her way to Ohio with a replenished supply of tamarind balls. She's probably halfway across Indiana by now.
Is South Bend half-way? That's where she was about 20 minutes ago.
And where'd she find the tamarind balls? Those were tasty.
A fruit market near me has them. I'm betting there are at least two other groceries near me that also carry them.
South Bend isn't quite halfway, but the additional 20 minutes would put her there.
