It's not like she blew me off. She just left with another guy, that's all.

The use of tense in that article is confusing to me. Is the plasma ball with the black hole in the middle (that is most likely of no threat to me) still in existence, or did it die its 1/10 million million billionth of a second death like all the other plasma balls with no balck hole? I read it twice. Maybe the third time is the charm. Heh. charm

Nope. Still confused.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Yeah, it confused me too.

Maybe a physicist is using it as a paperweight. (OK, the black hole's container would actually be what holds papers to his desk.)

Visilurking

Maybe he's using it as a bagless vacuum.

Romulan ships use black holes for propulsion, right?

Did someone check this guy for pointy ears and a bowl haircut?

Our wings are not tired.

Physicists may have accidentally created a black hole in the lab

I would like this in my back yard if it slowed down time for me.

Poor Not!Dead!Dick. Rumors of his death may have been exaggerated. It could be that AP (or whoever) was just putting together their materials for when it does happen. It was before NYE that he had his stroke I thought. Last I heard he was slowly improving.

edit cause of spelling stuff

A teeny black hole like that wouldn't last very long. So it probably didn't much outlast the plasma ball.

What a great excuse. "My journal article? Yeah, no. It got sucked into the black hole on my desk. Again."
