"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I'm glad that Emmett's school is so good. Will he be able to stay in that district through high school? (Assuming no moves in your's or his mom's future, of course.)

Yeah, he should be able stay there as long as his mom is in that district. Which she assures me is her intention. (The school districts Emmett can be moved to was actually part of our divorce settlement.) She's recently started working at his school, so she's even more tied in there.

His projected middle school is 10/10, and the high school (where his godsister currently attends) is 10/8. The bigger question to finesse is where the future Zmayhem sprog will go.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'm currently listening to Faith No More caring a lot, so that part's covered. I still don't have a brain, though.

Did I mention that I met people to "study" in the cafeteria at school last night, and we totally started singing Kelly Clarkson? Among other songs. I'm actually a little suprised we didn't get kicked out.

Was there a dance routine, like in Fame?

have you had sufficient food yet?

Two cups of tea, a slice of apple pie, and I'm almost finished a large slice of Christmas cake.

It's just stress and exhaustion and the physiological reactions to same.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

There were some vigorous arm movements, but no dance routine. Sadly. Maybe before the final....
