brenda, I have to say, I'd had the thought too. Them later folks will suck too, worse, they won't know the books or movies I know, so they'll be culturally-illiterate.

But they'll be fucking things up for other people, and therefore not my problem. Which makes all the difference. What do I care if a magazine editor of the future sits on copy that was submitted more than a month previously suddenly sends the first proof and wants all the approvals on text and design from my firm's higher-ups, the president of a major university system, and assorted other poohbahs in the next two hours so that she can get her mag to the printers today.
