I can't believe how freakin' cold it is here today. No snow but it's fucking frigid outside. Bleah.
Also, Cingular customer service line SUCKS ASS. I'm trying to upgrade my phone. I tried to do it online, but they won't let me keep my old (and no longer offered rate plan). So I tried to do it on the phone. I got shuffled from number to number and lost in the maze of the automated system.
I finally called the corporate sales guy from my old office. I know I no longer work there, but I got him that account so he owes me. I hope he calls me back.
