Buffy fandom makes it there from time to time, though I think much of the early stuff was Smallville and Harry Potter.

Don't forget popslash! I know that popslash fic writers survivor made it to f_w.

Hey, has the Friendetto thing made it there yet?

Are you ready to be strong?

The ring is very old and very pretty, with a big diamond and lots of little ones and then emerald racing stripes on the sides.

It is too big though and I don't want to take it off long enough to get it resized.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Sonar, doofus.

Please note for your records that while I may be blind as one, I am not in actuality a bat. Several Buffistas can even vouch for my non-batitude. So the sonar thing's sort of out of the question.

Mostly lurking...

Yay, Rio! How exciting!

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Yay Rio! That seems like the coolest building, too.

Yeah. Just turn slowly in a circle while making high-pitched "Beep. Beep. Beep." noises and you'll find what you want in no time.

And the sad thing is, I probably going to do this the next time I'm looking for something. Possibly even at the office.

Huh. The formatting on my friends list has totally changed. Any idea why this might happen? (And no, I didn't give my password or access to my or anyone's posts.)

What is even happening?

Hey, has the Friendetto thing made it there yet?

I started wondering about that, but then it made me all dizzy, because Frienditto has its own LJ, and then it archives LJ posts, including (in a very mocking way) lj posts worrying about frienditto, and I understand that it is run by the same people who brought us LJ Drama, which has always seemed to be Pepsi to F_W's Coca-Cola, and shoot, I gotta lie down.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Congratulations, Rio!

Timelies, everyone else.

In mememe news, I've sent out around 10 resumes for teaching/distance ed. development jobs in the past 2 weeks. And I've wanted to come here and go, "Ooooooh, pretty job possibility!" after every single one. But since I'm usually on b.org while at the job I'm trying to replace, it didn't seem quite the thing. Still, the jobs range from community college stuff in Oregon, to some possiblities on Vancouver Island, and a couple of long shots in Toronto. Things at my current job have taken on a stronger sense of impermenance of late, so I really hope one of these comes through.
