Buffy: He ran away, right? Giles: Sort of, more. turned and swept out majestically, I suppose. Said I didn't concern him. Buffy: So a mythic triumph over a completely indifferent foe? Giles: Well, I'm not dead or unconscious, so I say bravo for me.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Okay. I guess my showing up depends on how much I can get done at my own place.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Bike Ride starts at 5:30 an finishes at 7:30. That's AM.

::panic::

We'll have breakfast and then a nap.

::calm::

So maybe towards 1:00?

Whee! I'll have time to prepare krav!

I guess my showing up depends on how much I can get done at my own place.

I'd love to see you, so come if you can.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I have lots of boxes in various sizes. I don't think they'll fit in the Jetta, may have to follow you home.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I am eating a Thin Mint right now AIFG!!! Got it outside the Ralph's grocery store.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

I have had many nummy Girl Guide cookies ..

This means you have the opportunity for food porn regarding an item new to most of us.

What is even happening?

I have possession of an actual Girl Scout, but apparently Daisies don't sell cookies. I found this out, only after I opted out of buying cookies from my less flowery type Girl Scout niece.

We haven't found a girl scout to order off of this year, since I'm not working.

Next year Cashmere, you'll have one on the other end of your email. What do you like?

Thanks for the birthday wishes, Buffistas.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

I'm really amused at the image of Robin negotiating this purchase: "No, I don't want a whole *box,* I just want one cookie. That's right, *a* cookie. I'll give you a quarter for it. Come on! Just one!!!"

Snerk.

Of course I was speaking of thin mints, so when I said "a cookie," the "of a series of cookies which I will be consuming at short intervals until I run out" was implied.
