So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Which one should be in drag?

It would have to be Vin, as in my head he is taking over the Kurt role.

I am on hold with a Beverly Hills Dr. which makes me laugh on it's own, but the hold music is swing music which makes me laugh and I'm not sure why.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

In my business, if you can telecommute, you can be replaced by somebody in India.

Not only are we severely discouraged from telecommuting, it takes a Herculean act for anyone from their team to get to work in one of our other offices (a couple of them live about 90 miles away) for even one day a week.

India?

Not for a while.

We do have an Indian location, and are stopping hiring in California as much as possible. But they're very clear about what sorts of roles the Indian branch can take on. There are people in the organisation whose jobs may soon be in jeopardy. But not on their team. Not for a while.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

When Joanie Laurer left wrestling, she had to leave her nom-de-fake-fighting behind. But The Rock gets to keep his.

The Rock owns the trademark to the name. He made sure to negotiate the sale of those rights when he started acting.

Joanie Laurer does not own the rights to the name "Chyna" and does not have permission to use it. The WWE owns most of the names used by professional wrestlers. Only a select few have been able to purchase the trademark away from the company.

You know, I was expecting Kristin to answer.

Now I'm charmed to see he's savvy (if not in business, in his choice of people to make those decisions) too. And unsurprised that Joanie wasn't.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I have been Quiznosed. A black angus steak sandwich. Which I shall commence to eat... now.

And unsurprised that Joanie wasn't.

she may have been smart enough to try, but not had the clout and the non name recognition that The Rock did.

Have you seen her act? Just trying to depart the WWE for crappy porn predisposes me to think she ain't savvy.

While I doubt she had the clout, I'm pretty sure her name recognition was pretty up there. I knew who she was, and I've never watched even a round of wrestling.
