"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

ION, I got home late and JZ was in bed, stressed, planning my funeral and unhappy about it.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

nobody knew to remove the lymph node from it before cooking and serving. Blech.

I just watched a BBC special called Body Snatchers over dinner. It's about parasites. They removed a botfly maggot from a woman's head and some guy deliberately grew a tapeworm inside his gut for over ten weeks.

Maybe dinner wasn't the right time for it. Anyway. Lamb is quite possibly the most perfect meat known to, well, me at least, and I have eaten prodigious quantities of it since coming home. There's a toasted sandwich place I found the other week that does a heavenly moroccan lamb focaccia.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Timelies!

It's morning. Yet it is also Friday. I can't decide if the good cancels out the bad.

The status is NOT quo.

It's morning. Yet it is also Friday. I can't decide if the good cancels out the bad.

I don't know, but I'm not having a good day. I'm beginning to suspect that it's really Monday giggling behind a Friday mask.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

ION, I got home late and JZ was in bed, stressed, planning my funeral and unhappy about it.

I imagine the logistics of assembling the proper number of Faire folk to dance around your grave can be a royal pain on such short notice...

hip deep in pie

Timelies!

Applienaces: Rice Cooker, Toaster, Food Processor, Blender. Teh blender is the least used, but I'd say they usually are all used at least 1-2 times a month. Considering I probably don't cook a lot at home, it's a pretty high average.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Why is it still so freaking cold!

And why are you people making food gross, right when I'm trying to eat?

And all the best to your neice, Lee.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I am so sick and tired of winter.

I hate hate hate having to wear a heavy coat everywhere.

I want it to be spring now.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I was totally tricked yesterday, and didn't wear a warm-enough coat. You'll not fool me again, Winter!!
