All Ghiradelli is Dutched? Neither mine nor the ones in the store have the word 'alkali' or 'dutch' on the packaging. And I was told it would say.
In fact mine isn't sweetened either.
My Ghirardelli says neither 'alkali' or 'dutch', but it may be sweetened. Even though it's dark chocolate. How do I tell if it's sweetened?

I've been doing that myself, and collecting other tunes from the iTunes music store. Much of it to put on a now very belated xmas present for some various people, you included.

Yes, yes, and yes. I had last weekend off, which was very nice. I also now have a part time job during the week, which is also nice, so for the moment, I'm making a decent wage. And yeah, theater!chick and I are doing quite well. I took her out to ND's Oscar party last Sunday to finally meet some of the friends.
