You know, with the exception of one deadly and unpredictable midget, this girl is the smallest cargo I've ever had to transport. Yet by far the most troublesome. Does that seem right to you?

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Thanks!

Weird and irritating that Ralphs didn't have it. I bet Bristol Farms has it but for like $20 more than everywhere else.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Then I tossed a bag of broccoli "coleslaw" (shredded broccoli, carrots and cabbage) in and let it softe

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I bet Bristol Farms has it but for like $20 more than everywhere else.

Nope. They have Ghirardelli and Scharffenberger, but no Dutched cocoa. Hell, they don't even have fake vanilla (Tahitian, Bourbon, nothing synthetic), yet no Dutched cocoa.

ita (and Cashmere--in case you get the munchies),

Godiva Chocolatier recommends Droste, Fry's, Hershey's European Style, or Poulain. I know I found others you could order online the other day. I can't find them now, but here's Droste: [link]

Apart from sports, "my secret favorite thing on earth is ketchup. I will put ketchup on anything. But it has to be Heinz." - my husband, Michael Vartan

you know, it's hard to decide how to feel about that. On the one hand, shitty thing to do. On the other hand, he was totally there for his boy.

That's kind of how I felt about it. Also, I think the girl's real trouble started when she got wasted and then was intent on having sex with a member of the band.

And this is my birth hospital. But the street name sucks, so I'm going to ignore it. The picture is pretty, though. So that's nice. [link]

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Jewish dietary question: My mother is putting together a "Seder" dinner, from what is, imo, a not very helpful book. I told her that as I actually know some Jewish people, I'd ask them. Er, you. Because her current plan is to serve "traditional" stuff, and then pizza afterwards.

t beats head on wall.
