oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

I take licence on the name thing

The first pet that didn't arrive until after I was born and a street name that goes with it - that I did live on, just not as a child.

Honey Bluebird.

Erin, if you can't find anything else to bake the skirt of the barbie cake in, go buy a cheap 2-quart glass bowl (or if you have one, even better) at bed, bath and beyond or linens and things or some store like that. Make sure it's oven safe. Mix the cake in the bowl. Wipe the edges with a paper towel. Bake. Stuff Barbie in the middle. Decorate.

I wish you were closer. I've made a few. They're actually not too bad.

ETA: Erin, something like this would work: [link] Make sure the bowl is oven safe. They're not all.

Nilly, you around?

Apart from sports, "my secret favorite thing on earth is ketchup. I will put ketchup on anything. But it has to be Heinz." - my husband, Michael Vartan

I'm Kitten McClintock, which is an awesome porn name. But I need to fudge with the rules a bit to get it, and I just take my current street name, since we moved a bunch of times. Other street name options do include two I don't remember, NE 2nd Ave, Olive, Fulton, and Olive again. I pick Kitten for my animal name because she's the first pet we got who was specifically mine-- she was my fifteenth birthday present. (Sigh. I miss her. At least I'll get to see her soon.)

Still, I would believe that Kitten McClintock will be pole dancing soon at the Spearmint Rhino.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

sigh No snow day for me -- emplayees are supposed to use their "discretion" which means that the pointy-haired bosses will be watching to see who is dedicated enough to make it in.

My department is currently infested with pointy-haired bosses.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Timelies!

Have I mentioned recently how much I love my apartment? I woke up this morning to see this outside my window.
