Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Oh, poor Martin! I mean, I didn't like the movie, but I feel for him.

Are you ready to be strong?

I liked the Aviator. It was a mess, but that's kind of what I liked about it.

If I only had a brain...

Now they're drumming him off the stage. That's just HARSH.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I mean, I didn't like the movie, but I feel for him.

That seems more negative than you did last week. Do you like it less in retrospect?

Hellbound Equal-Opportunity Nookie Hog

Was that 10 minutes long or 20 minutes early?

I liked the Aviator

I liked about 2/3 of it. Any 2/3. I just felt it could have lost a random third and I'd have liked it more.

"You see? THAT's what they want. Love, and a bit with a dog."

Holy crap. Not even midnight. No interpretive dance. No montages for no reason. No 'everybody who's ever won an Oscar on stage'. I never thought that they'd do it.
