Does the Counting Crows guy always have that hair? Cause ouch, it's worse than Isaac Mizrahi's.

I saw them live a few years ago, and he had dreads then, but with a really obvious bald spot in the back when he'd swing his head around. This looks to me like trying to keep the dreads (in some form) while covering the bald.
