I have a plan.

Yes, ickey CSI.

How about opting for a third alternative that doesn't actually involve conflating feelings of shuddering disgust with their foodstuffs?

Uh, singing shoe-laces?

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

ita, do you need help? Also, I have a bunch of boxes at work, I'll grab them on Friday if you need them.

Is that for the Lost event?

Yes!

All the writers signed assloads of scripts. What's cool is that this is the first time JJ has released shooting scripts, according to the staff. I got the LOST pilot signed by JJ and Damon as well, along with all the scripts up til last night's signed by the writers.

I hope they bring a lot of loot!

YAY ita on the new place! Also,

Working out where everything's going to go will KILL me. I'll need help.

I am totally willing to tell you where to put things. Just not between March 13 through 20. For I am taking a business trip to the 7th circle of Hell.

ETA: Also, I lived in a single for two years when I first moved here. Less than 200 square feet and I used to often have people staying with me for weeks/months at a time. It's amazing that I never ended up in prison.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Can someone explain to me how it can be that NONE of the art history reference texts I'm looking up periods and styles in makes mention of Diego Rivera? I mean, not one of those obscure artists who worked in anonymity...

That's bizarre. I don't know about other parts of the US, but in California reproduction of his work are everywhere and a lot of the murals in public spaces are not only influenced by him but make deliberate references to specific paintings.

OMG! The new person on ER, maybe, Rosalez? Looks so freaking much like a good friend from high school from certain angles. To the point where out of the corner of my eye, the idea flashed that he had quit being a lawyer to act? He never acted! popped into my head.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

But I can do this. Really. She's a good and determined (necessary with me) friend.

Are you going to need a wakeup call? I have free weekends.

sarameg - Feb 24, 2005 5:16:13 pm PST #1062 of 10002

Hehe. If I can go back to sleep with my cats and alarm blaring, no wakeup call will help. But thank you!

I figure guilt will get me. And then I'll get used to the trip so I can see her new house.

edit: I get up every morning at 7 to shoot the cat. It's the going back to bed that nails me.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I have a bunch of boxes at work, I'll grab them on Friday if you need them.

Oh, that'd be excellent.

We still need to tour facilities, don't we? I'm sorry I flaked last weekend.

I am totally willing to tell you where to put things

I'm of a mind to show people the new apartment and the old apartment, and poll for organisation ideas.

The new person on ER, maybe, Rosalez?

Is he the one macking on Abby? I like him.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Hey, I've gotten people up over the phone before. "ARE YOU UP? ARE YOU STANDING UP? ARE YOU OUT OF BED? STAND UP NOW. GO INTO THE OTHER ROOM. ARE YOU UP YET??"

sarameg - Feb 24, 2005 5:20:26 pm PST #1065 of 10002

Nope. Totally new guy, I think, ita. He's even short like my friend was. I still think of him as a good few inches shorter than me, though he has a couple on me now.

So, I watched Frontline's Company of Soldiers the other night. At this ER is an interesting comparison. Fiction vs reality.
