But that was just CHEESE. Brie, cheddar, american, velveeta, goat and that stinky kind. Good grief.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Eee! I am such a fucking sucker, because I LOVED THAT. So, it's like a reset? Everything's all undone, except Marissa and Alex?

Art Crawl!!!

That's what I think.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Did you get the new place, ita?

Yerp. Signed a couple hours ago. The living room will be interesting to furnish (hey, maybe I can take this opportunity to get a different TV unit...).

Oh, I should book movers and get boxes, shouldn't I?

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

And I think the writing's on the wall for Marissa, what with the rent and the trash-taking-out

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

But that's just stupid. I mean, what high school age kids live on their own because they want to? None, because it's a huge PITA to take care of yourself!!

I should not be watching the previews and thinking Hey! That happened to Bart and Milhouse!

sarameg - Feb 24, 2005 4:04:41 pm PST #1034 of 10002

Think you are right, brenda.

I am not about the cheese. There are things to be done with it. Like melting in a tortilla, over soup, grilled sandwich with rasberry jam, on crackers, omelet, in a quiche. But I have not a romantic cheese bone in my body.

Also, LEAVE SANDY AND KIRSTEN ALONE. Let the preview be a herring. Damnit.
