Also doing the NaNoWriMo thing. I'm JoeCrow over on the site, if anybody wanted to point and mock my feeble progress.
Huh. I signed up but had about talked myself out of it and wasn't going to tell a soul. I still haven't written anything, but I can (I hope) catch up over the weekend.
Life's been so hectic, that all day today I've been asking myself what crazy pills I ingested to think I could do this, and should I take the red or the blue to bring back reality.
I'm not, but some of my class is. If they weren't, I might have.
I'm doing it! I'm writing fanfic. Really really bad fanfic on the theory that it would be easier to write crap. except I keep wanting to go and research stuff.
I'm doing NaNoWriMo! Except I... haven't actually registered yet. I'm writing science fiction porn, on the theory of writing what you know.

Also, for any aspiring tv writer types, it seems that NBC is doing a new writers outreach program this year. (I'm assuming it's new since this is the first time I've heard of it.) It seems to be a bit like the Warner Bros. Workshop.
