Now, I can hold a note for a long time...actually I can hold a note forever. But eventually that's just noise. It's the change we're listening for. The note coming after, and the one after that. That's what makes it music.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

I'd have to check on that - about the previous pub thing - but I'm hoping a multi-author anthology will have slightly different status than a single full-form manuscript.

This may not even be something that gets off the ground, guys. But if it does, I'm on it.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Deb, I doubt any of my drabbles are worthy of publication, but I think the drabble anthology is a fabulous idea.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Deb, it sounds like an awesome idea. I'd love to contribute if possible. I figure it's a good way to get my name in publication in case I ever want to do more than just drabble. If not, hey, at least I can say I've been published! Plus, I think of all the great company I'd be in and it makes me very, very happy to think of being a part of it all.

Deb, if BenBella is looking for people to contribute to said VM anthology, I can probably point a couple of people (sensible good writers people) your way. But I expect they're just looking for professionals, which most of my friends ain't. Yet.

'suela, I honestly don't know. They asked my agent, not me, but I'll find out. There was also a mention of another show - I think it was Grey's Anatomy. Does that sound right? I've been away from TV awhile.

On topic, happy birthday to my very favourite babies: the Kinkaid Chronicles turned one year old on 18 May, while I was prepping for the F2F.

That's amazing. You've written so much--all of it quality stuff--in just one year? Wow.

Amen to that, Anne. Deb, you are a writing machine!

What is even happening?

If another author took five years to write what Deb's written in one, we'd call her prolific.
