ION, I am having a *spectacularly* crap morning. I didn't sleep well last night, but still got dragged myself out of bed this morning to exercise. Ten minutes into my usual exercise routine of vigorously bouncing on my Balance Ball there was a loud BANG!, and then I landed on the floor on my butt. Yes, my Balance Ball exploded while I was using it. My Body Image Demons are having a field day with this, let me tell you. And my back kinda hurts.
