I thought maybe I'd be able to post and smoke a cigarette and go back to sleep, but I don't think so. It's really annoying, esp. as this morning is cold and wet and grey.

This week's early mornings, though, have brought back memories of the semester I spent in London, spring of 93. Diesel fumes, rain and daffodils.

I have Lush Mask of Magnaminty all over my face. I love the tight feeling you get from a mask, but I'm not sure about the scent of this one. It's a little bit sweet (scented) so it feels kind of like I just smeared a Shamrock Shake all over my face.

I am overdrawn by $157. I get an $82 paycheck today.

FUCK. Why can't I do simple math? And what can I sell to make some money?!

Morning. I'm just hoping to get through the day today. Not that it appears to be difficult, but just that if I do, I've gotten through this week in one piece.

Condos in Cambridge- We probably won't end up in cambridge- I'm generally suspicious of anything in Cambridge that is less than 400K - but, my theory is, as long as we can swing monthly payments, and we will get our investment back (and hopefully a profit) when we decide to move, I'm not too hopped up about paying 250-350K for condo/apartment. We're paying outrageous rent right now, (compared to most markets) and we got nothing to show for it. We don't have kids, we aren't planning on kids, commute and location (and character of the building) are important.

I'm hoping to get something decent in a fixer-upper area of Somerville, and sell at a tidy profit if the T ends up going out in that area.

Anyway. Who knows. Just babbling. Tired.

Also, gronk. I've got to spend the day training women on Provencal Lavender, and why it's so good they should be able to convince people to pay ungodly amounts for it. Good times.

Word of warning - they've been promising to extend the blue line out to Lynn (or Salem) for DECADES now, and still nothing concrete is forthcoming (and then there's the North/South connector, and actually having the Silver line be, well a line, as opposed to buses), so I wouldn't expect anything too soon in the T expansion department.

Salem is inconvient, but the commuter rail is only a half hour into North Station - I've had longer rides on the Red Line. I know there also used to be a commuter ferry, but I haven't noticed anything about in yonks, so it may be dead. The REAL bear about Salem is driving in or out of it. Just DAMNED inconvenient whichever way you come at it.
