Timelies!!!
So, I think I'm in for some major hairdresser bitchery tommorrow. I was trying to save money, and, um, kind of got one of those at-home color and highlighting kits. Now I look like some sort of freak-ass X-Men Barbie. (People seem to be at odds as to whether I'm old-school comic book Storm, or movie Rogue.)
In trying to save 50 bucks, I've undoubtably cost myself much more between the nessecary color correction and a hat. And now, when I go to my salon tommorrow, they will know that I got my hair cut at Supercuts.
Oh yes, there will be bitchery.
It is snowing and snowing and snowing really really hard. It's warming up on its way to Cindy's, where it will get much heavier and much worse.
Snowing?
Chin quivers.
It isn't going to make it up here, is it?
I don't think so, but I'm intentionally not looking. We still have lots of snow (although I can see some bare ground) left from the winter, because we face northwest. Our neighbors all have clear yards. I hates them, precious.
There's still some piles here. I am totally done with snow; I want it to leave now.
Doo doo doo. 10-2, full panel of 11th circuit, against.
Generally, I try not to have politically- or religiously-charged conversations with people I'm unsure of the "offense line" (given that political discourse in this country has, basically, failed - it's all name-calling and finger-pointing and "we're right, they're wrong", and I participate in that with gay abandon.)
BUT. BUT.
this comic makes me smile SO MUCH, I had to share.
Hee. I tagged that yesterday.
Hee... Hey, I beat you to that tag! Ask P-C!
to be fair, Betsy, you led me to the comic, anyway. You tagged fair and square.
I looked out in Mom's neighbor's yard and the wisteria has bloomed -- I swear it wasn't there yesterday. And all the dogwoods are blooming, and I've seen daffodils.
And everythign is green!!! All of you in the snowy parts of the country should come here.
