Spike's Bitches 22: You've got Angel breath

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Dear lord would I have failed that test when I was younger. You know though, it wasn't actually the people I didn't know who caused the danger. I went to FE's house the first night I met him, and I went with another guy to his friends' house to watch Monty Python. FE became, well, FE and the other guy wound up being a really good friend. It wound up being the guy I did know.

ETA: I should say that regardless of how lucky I was and how well things turned out when I did go off with guys I didn't know, I still look back on that and realize just how D.U.M.B. that was.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

stats: women who are attacked - 85% know who attacks them in some way. for kids it is about 95% ( this may be for sexual attacks ) Why yes - I have my self defense class in about an hour and 15.

If I only had a brain...

My official birth certificate turned out not to have the time of birth. They only put the time of birth on the copy they give the mother in Kansas. Fortunately, my mother was able to hunt up that one.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

That's awful, Betsy. What if the mother isn't around or can't locate her copy? Condemning a poor, innocent child to a lifetime of inaccurate horoscopes.

If I only had a brain...

I know. I think I'll ask Tom DeLay to pass a law.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

The chick with the lino rocked, it was a little odd seeing her next to Martha.

That's the exact thing that made me stop my channel-flipping, Ali.

Thrive to spite them

I like Martha. She gets weird about stuff but I still like her. And the vet guy that she has come on. I always wonder what the give the animals so they are all just right there in a bunch hanging out peacefully and not end in some kind of bloodbath.
