Raquel, the whole "nine months" thing is such a scam! I'm glad to hear you got the bureaucratic stuff out of the way, though. It sounds just gorgeous there today. Very jealous.
Spike's Bitches 22: You've got Angel breath
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
I would gladly give you some of my March, Kristin, as it is not sucking too much. And it is lovely here, not even too smoggy - however, many people are still wearing parkas, as, you know, not officially spring yet.
The curtains have defeated me. I was hoping to hang them tonight, but I just don't think they're going to be ready. Bummer. Oh, well. Maybe next week.
Wow...it's quiet in here this morning.
I'm Googling people from high school. Apparently, we were all slackers, because I'm having a hard time finding anyone.
Why did the curtains defeat you?
But at least it's not "too quiet."
Why did the curtains defeat you?
Oh...they were just supposed to be done today so I could hang them tonight. And they're not done. Not a huge deal...just a little disappointing.
I try not to google people from my past. It's in my past for a reason. Although, if I was to try googling my first kiss boy, I couldn't, 'cause I don't know his last name (yes...I'm a bit of a hussy!). And, I'm not sure I could still spell my first real boyfriend's last name. And psycho ex? I try EXTRA hard not to google him.
Longest. Month. Of. The. Year.
Has the weather been sucking in CT, Kristin? Although Saturday was a mess, it's otherwise been quite lovely this week. I mean, granted, what snow is left is pretty gross, but there isn't much of it at this point.

Hee hee. I don't need to Google my first kiss girl, as we're still good friends. And as she was a part of my core group of friends at Rice with whom I don't plan to lose touch, I hope never to have to resort to Googling to discover her whereabouts.
I know the first and last names of all the girls I've kissed. Go me!
I'm just impressed with vw for getting this far with the curtains. Every time I've bought fabric to make curtains, it's stayed in its native fabric form forever. Usually not even hung up. Usually in the shopping bag. And yeah, I've done this more than once. So by "defeat" you clearly mean something more like "victory."
