Spike's Bitches 22: You've got Angel breath

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

What is even happening?

Susan, all the best for your dad, and some calm to you.

Trust my rage

Susan, much ma to your dad and your family (and peace for you).

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

I hope they can help your dad, Susan. Catching this sort of thing before it turns into a permanently debilitating stroke may well help.

love's a dream you enter though I shake and shake and shake you

Nora, you're the sweetest. Thank you so much for the offer. Though the offer of some quality Nora-and-Tom snuggle time on the couch is very, very tempting, I think I'm headed to bed. I'm pooped.

Because books.

Susan, much health~ma for your dad.

Congratulations to Nora!

Glad you're feeling better sj.

Maria! I am sending warning vibes to the IRS as I type this. How awful -- they need to leave you alone right this very minute.

I know I'm missing stuff, but I'm tired, I skipped and skimmed, and I'm copyediting a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad manuscript that is making my eyes bleed.

In terms of the Republican; if this is a flaw in an otherwise good person - don't rule him out. Teppy appears to be very happy with her Republican at the moment. There is a well loved and admired Buffista I suspect of being a Republican. (Won't identify who, because s/he has said publicly that s/he does not want his/her politics known.)

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Tep's single. Unless she's SECRETLY DATING BOB DOLE.

There are, however, Buffistas with Republican SOs and family. And, of course, Closet Republicans and Republicans in Exile from their Party. (Anne and Deena spring to mind for the latter.)

Then there are Indies and Libs. And recovering Libs. And stuff.

Teppy is single, but I would swear dating a Republican. Maybe I've got it wrong - but someone has been talking on the board about a Republican she is dating who seems to be one heck of a good guy.
