Tomorrow - my sister and brother in law are going to be helping up with yard clean up. so I am feeding them.

did I mention my kitchen is tiny. and has even less counter space. and makeing one item means cleaning the entire kitchen....again.

DH is makeing dinner tonight.

This is not my day. I decided to go to bed early, because I fell asleep watching a movie. So, took drugs and went to bed. Only, my athsma was bothering me, so I got up and got the inhaler. Took a couple of puffs and tried to go back to sleep. Started caughing hysterically. Did the thing where I caugh until I puke and puked all over both pillows, the bed and myself. Lovely. This is one of those days where I wish I was a little kid so my mom would be here to give me hugs and clean it up. As it is, I cleaned everything up, got the sheets in the washer and now I'm headed to the couch to sleep since this is the only set of sheets for the guest bed.

Poor bug! What a rotten way to end the day. I hope Toto and Bastet are nestled up with you.

Yuck, vw. I hope the coughing has stopped. How uncomfortable. Much sleep~ma to you.

Oh VW that sucks so bad. I'm so sorry. Can you throw it all in the washer and just go sleep somewhere else and put it in the dryer tomorrow? :(

I went to a Georgetown basketball game, and played with the pep band (I'm an alum). I felt very old, becuase I was talking to this girl who's a senior...and the people who were seniors HER freshman year? Were freshmen my senior year. Sigh. (Also, she's going to the Diplomatic Ball with this guy who was a freshman my senior year, who I hooked up with at the very end of the year, and have always kind of wished we'd tried that earlier...). And then we LOST the game, in the last like, 10 seconds. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.

I'ma go out dancing later.

ok. made the CI cupcakes. that is a grown up cupcake - nice rich dark chocolate. way better than average. I put a mocha butter cream on them.

This is the first time in my life that one chocolate cupcake was enough. that much chocolate in a cupcake....

Well, Bastet's in a different county from vw right now, but I'm pretty sure she has Toto and Parents' Dog curled up next to her. And she's coming home tomorrow, so there's that.
