Steamed carrots. Sometimes he likes salad with honey mustard dressing.
That's about it. And I don't have the time (or patience, to be honest) to find new & exciting veggie recipes to tempt his toddler-like taste buds.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.
I don't like green vegetables, but I do like health, so we eat a lot of boring frozen mixed vegetables--that way the healthy stuff is more palatable for picky me. Steam them with a little soy or balsamic vinegar or plain butter and yum!
