How are your health issues?
Just got my very own personal blood pressure reader, works of the wrist, I'm seeing pretty fluctuating numbers, from "Damn, woman, put you in a textbook" to "Why haven't you had a stroke yet?" We'll see how that works out. I'm betting the truth is closer to "We might have to up your medication again" land.
Come the spring, I'm going to have to start taking walks. Even when it's warm enough, the inversions of winter make the air in this valley toxic. We've had at least two "If you've got bad lungs or heart conditions, try not to do too much, OK?" warnings.

I'm not exactly a flatlander, but that's still hard to understand. I mean, I do. You've told us. It's...well, it fits in my brain about as poorly as centigrade temperature.
One of the reasons we like storms, it clears the gunk out.
edit: Something to do with the valleys running north and south, I think. Every year Hubby and I say we ought to hop on the ski bus and head up to the resorts so we can breathe.
It's actually more violet.
Ben said, "Who's THAT?" and then made a noise, Cashmere. He's a nine year old boy, remember.
I, however, think it's great. Your violet hair, and Jessica's blue hair, and the red Jilli was considering for her hair at one point--I would try them all, except I am too much of a conformist. I'd feel funny showing up at the elementary school, and the church, with funky colored hair. I'm just so square it's depressing.

I just felt like I needed something a little different.
I also ordered this t-shirt for O--which will likely cause some funny looks.

Hee. Just tell him that he may fall in love with a punk rock girl someday.
Why do women fake orgasm?
Niiice, Cash.
Cindy, is this another potato joke?
P-C, it's not a potato joke.

Oh, my. I love that.

I like it. I need something different too, but I don't know what. I think I'm mostly unhappy with my body, and then pretend it doesn't exist, and that it must be something else that needs fixing.

It can be hard to put a finger on it. And then shaking things up is even harder. Christopher actually spoke to my stylist this evening (she called to inform me of a cancellation so I could come in earlier) and told her to push me into something radical. He's so sweet.
I just hope the t-shirt doesn't net us a call from CPS.
