Ah, yes, of course. The gypsies, they gave you your soul. The gypsies are filthy people. Ptui! We shall speak of them no more.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Susan, you might not ever get down to your pre-Annabel breast size. The rib cage expansion can stick just enough to keep them a size above. (My mother's ribs went back, but I think she gained a cup size for each of us, which isn't the normal way it goes--normally, you lose breast size.)

Target doesn't have *anything* above a DD, not even in nursing bras. The fuckers. I'm kind of bitter about this.

If you can't find what you need at Lane Bryant, try the close out section at the Bon (well, I guess it's officially Macy's now, but whatev). That's where I did all my pre-pregnancy bra shopping, and I was able to score DD/DDD bras for under $20 each. (I'm very sad that I have all these nice bras in good shape that will probably never fit me again. Sigh.)

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

What? no one told me that. I just bought a bunch of bras in December, dammit. And, no, they don't really fit right already.

Sure I went over to the Dark Side, but just to pick up a few things.

And, no, they don't really fit right already.

If they're too small can't you get an extender for the clasp (assuming it's a back clasp)?

the hardest to learn / was the least complicated

and really they need to rethink the pain meds. ichy and can't take enough to stop the pain is enough to say - we need to revisit.

Just b/c Oxycontin is the strongest doesn't mean it's the best choice for pain relief. Case in point -- I think that Vicodin is as strong as (or maybe stronger than) Percocet. Vicodin made me itchy and rashy and hivey within 2 days. Percocet -- no allergic reaction, good pain control.

The differences in chemical structure are relatively small between the opiates, but big enough to matter.

I feel your pain. My bras stopped fitting early on, and for a while, I had one bra that, with an extender, kind of fit. Then one day, it didn't fit, either. I've just been getting cheapish larger bras off eBay and hoping I don't have to go out too often since then.

I'm going to need to go bra shopping in the next couple of weeks to get enough to last me until post-baby, now that she's getting up into ribcage land.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

Susan, you might not ever get down to your pre-Annabel breast size. The rib cage expansion can stick just enough to keep them a size above.

Damn. Though I don't know how much ribcage expansion I actually got. But I need to lose 30 lbs. to get to 155ish, and some of it has to come off my boobs, or I'll look awfully out of proportion.

ION, remember all my travails with Former Boss? I was just looking at Former Employer's website because there are a few people there I'd like to contact about freelancing, either with them or with others within their network, because they know I'm a good writer and can speak their lingo. So I figured I'd make sure there haven't been major staff changes, and for the most part everyone is still there. Except for my replacement and the other professional staff direct report to Former Boss. Those positions are vacant. FB remains. Oy.

And I'm a bad person. I just emailed DH, who works just down the hall from Former Office, albeit in a different department entirely, and begged him to go gossip so I can find out what's going on down there.

Because books.

A little more 'ma for my dad, please

brenda, how old is he? My mom just had her second knee replaced two weeks ago -- it's a tough surgery, and a tougher recovery. And they don't keep patients in the hospital anywhere near long enough afterwards these days. Much ~ma winging its way to you and him.

The rib cage expansion can stick just enough to keep them a size above.

Is that what happens? Because I'm now a 38 but a B, which is tricky to find. Big back, little boobs.

Extra-strength ~ma for connie and DH, too.

What is even happening?

ichy and can't take enough to stop the pain is enough to say - we need to revisit.
Yeah. I'm going up there tomorrow and I'll have some words if they havent' corrected the situation. In the mean time I'ma sic my mom's best friend on them, as she is well versed in pain management, mental disorientation, and fighting with doctors and hospitals.
I hope she gets it taken care of, today. If they don't listen to her in person, maybe you can make a phone call? They need to stop that medication right now, in case he's allergic. If he is, the allergy is going to get worse with each exposure.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

~ma to you and your dad, brenda. I'm glad there are people around who can administer a good cluesticking, if necessary.

Thanks, ladies. I seem to do nothing but vent here lately. The car will be repaired and life will go on. Though I still think the universe needs to back the hell off of all of us.
